I am very proud to report that Desaturation Point is now officially out of early access, and has launched on Steam and Itch.io.

Desaturation Point is a video game developed as a senior project under the University of Utah’s Entertainment Arts and Engineering program. I worked on a team of about twenty people, evenly split between art, design, and engineering disciplines. We also had the chance to collaborate with a team of audio specialists from the Berklee College of Music, who helped develop the game’s soundscape. The development process included a rapid prototyping phase and an alpha release during the Fall 2021 semester, and an early access beta release and a final product launch during the Spring 2022 semester.
It’s been an honor and privilege to work on this game for the past two semesters with a team full of passionate and talented people. I learned a lot, and I’m proud of what we were able to accomplish.
